Advanced Antimicrobial Technology

 

At the core of our antimicrobial technology is a silane monomer that renders offending microbes inactive. Its unique formulation allows the silane monomer to bond covalently with virtually all porous and non-porous targeted surfaces. This bonding mechanism is simply the strongest chemical bond attainable.

 

By permanently altering the surface it is applied to, the silane monomer cross links to itself, polymerizes and imparts a durable protective barrier against microbial attack. Our non-leaching and non-toxic antimicrobial is not consumed by microorganisms nor does it migrate from the surface to disrupt offending microbes. For peace of mind, our technology will not harm or remain in the environment like heavy metal or phenolic antimicrobial compounds have been found to do.

 

The use of leaching antimicrobials can potentially result in the mutation of microorganisms making them harder to control and can contribute to the causes of infection, colonization, reoccurring odors, staining and rot.

 

We provide an array of technologies and delivery systems that inhibit the growth of offending microbes.  Our technology acts as a mechanical defense against, bacteria, viruses, mold, mildew, algae, yeast and fungi. Surfaces will be physically protected as long as the treated surface remains intact.
